Bank Holidays- In addition to the public holidays there are bank holidays as well in the country. A bank holiday is a day when banks remain closed. It shall remain closed on the below mentioned days as Bank Holiday in September 2020.

Bank Holiday in September 2020- In the month of September, there are no public holidays. However there are several other religious festivals, which may or may not be a bank holiday, it depending on the state in which you live. Except for the second, fourth Saturday, and all Sundays, banks will largely be working on all days.

As per the Reserve bank of India guidelines, all the banks will remain shut on public holidays while certain holidays depending on the religious festivals.
