As per the bank holiday calendar issued by RBI, banks in most states will remain shut on three main holidays in June 2021. includes YMA Day/Raja Sankranti on June 15, Guru Hargovind Ji’s Birthday on June 25, and Remna Ni on June 30 declared as holidays under the negotiable instruments Act. However, RBI has categorically mentioned that banks on these three holidays will remain closed in certain states and cities.
