Initial Public offer (IPO)- A Initial public offer refers to the process of offering shares of a corporation to the public in a new stock issuance. It allows a company to raise capital from public investors and allows public investors to participate in the offering.

Upcoming IPO List 2021 in India- For Initial Public offer in 2021, the companies have drafted DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) with SEBI to change their Private Limited status to Public Limited, the companies will file RHP (Red Herring Prospectus) for IPO Listing. After all other processes, SEBI approves the Initial Public Offer (IPO) for the companies and then they go for the IPO.

    – Click on the ‘Place Bid’ button at the bottom
    – Enter your UPI ID and click on ‘Continue’
    – Enter the lot size and your bid amount and click ‘Continue’
    – Confirm the order.
